I scared an old [blank] women today!

I really like the sound of my coupe, but I guess not everyone feels the way I do...

On with the story:
I was in a parking lot looking for the exit. An older [blank] women is crossing the road approximately 30 feet (~10M) in front of me. I stop and wait for her to pass. Just before she gets to the other side of the road I quickly blip the gas pedal to move forward. She turned and looked at me in horror!!! She thought I was gunning her down (Deathrace 2000 anyone?). Then she proceeds to point her lanky finger at me a cuss me out. I didn't intentionally mean to upset her, but I'm not apologizing either.

Infiniti should be ashamed for making a car sound so good STOCK! ;-)

Does anyone else have any funny stories like this?

Hahahaha, Deathrace 2000! Classic. My sister's ex in highschool actually let the librarian (who had a limp) cross in front of his car once, and when she was half-way across, he revved his engine in neutral, and he said it went like this:

limp... drag... limp... drag... limp... drag...
*VROOOOOOOM*

The tone is extremely distinguishable, that everyone knows its me when I pull into our parking garage at work. I'll find my coworkers waiting at the elevator. "I heard you coming, so I decided to wait for you."

I work at a university and I'm always arriving/leaving when classes let out so there is tons of traffic with pedestrians crossing. They have a crossing guard which always stops me for some reason to let students cross. Whenever I see a student employee that works in my department, I rev the engine and sit up at the wheel getting eager. The crossing guard freaks out all the time. The best is when I did it to my manager. I swear I never saw him run so fast to get out of my way.

Ahhh the stock exhaust note of the coupe. It's wonderful isn't it? =P My exhaust doesn't scare old ladys though, rather it calls to the women. They hear me coming, and have to find out who's driving. =)

OMG LMAO !!!! I was on the floor....

And to my story... I was in the mall the other day (underground garage) and was standing in line to pay the parking ticket, I kept on moving on, forward with the rest of the line of cars with a **little extra rev** in 1st gear. As I was doing that I turned my head to the left just to find this gorgeous chick in a black Jetta giving me this satisfied smile .... I guess I really satisfied her... he he
