Occasionally when I first startup my car, I get a really stong gas odor coming in thru the vents.
I do no see any gas leaking on the ground or in the engine compartment.

Anyone else experience this or have a clue why it would happen??

 

Why don't you just call the service department at your local Infiniti dealership? Or even better, set up an appointment and get it checked out free of charge. You did get a warranty with your car?

 

That sounds like a very dangerous condition, which may get worse (UGGG).
I would suggest that you get it into the shop ASAP and find out where the leak is b4 it turns into something more than an annoying smell.[img]/w3timages/icons/shocked.gif[/img]

You could apply your comment to most of the questions & discussions on this board; but, one of the benefits of this forum is that we actually try to share helpful information with each other.
