VPP = Very Private Person.

j/k
It's an steep discount offered to employees of companies associated with Nissan.

I got my '04 G35C through this program.

Steps to getting VPP:
  • Your employers' Human Resource department should be able to tell you if you are eligible for the discount and provide you with a Nissan contact number.
  • Call Nissan and get the VPP code. It's good for a period of time after you receive it.
  • Contact dealer and ask if they will accept a VPP code.
  • Choose a car, the dealer plugs the number into their system and Viola! A printout will tell you the EXACT price you will pay (No negotiating necessary ).
  • The dealer will still offer you add ons (Alarms, paint protection , tint, etc.), but the price of the car is set in stone.

I saved a several thousands buying my car this way when dealerships were still charging way over MSRP.

g/l

BTW - Not all dealerships offer VPP pricing.
