Miles question

Hi, well I know that Infiniti's are capable of hitting 200,000 miles if maintained right from using the search function. But I have a question(s):
I am looking at a 2004 with 130,000 miles on it, If I was to get any engine work to it, like a rebuild, would it be able to last more then 200,000 miles?
I was looking to get a Forged Performance S1 Shortblock #16354 and a JWT TT.
What else would I need to better the engine?
Also on Forgedperformance.com, does the APS Extreme Twin Turbo System #16248 fit on the G? I don't think it does but someone said it did.
Sorry for posting here but Forged did not respond to my emails which is diappointing since I heard they are one of the best. right?
Also, could I send my car down their so they could install everything?
Thanks guys!

P.S The coupe is in GREAT condition and looks like it was taken care of.

^^I understand that, I would be getting a new suspension and brakes, etc. I am just wondering about the engine part now since I do not know alot about engines but would like to learn.
Thanks!

honestly i would hold out. there will be many more G's to come and some with a lot less miles on them for prolly around the same price. way too many miles in my opinion. i own a 2003 and i just hit 30,000 miles.

Alright, Ill keep looking. I was thinking of getting a Forged S1 block from Forged Performance and replacing all the belts/hoses and swap out the stock parts with heavy duty ones. But There has to be a G somewhere that has lower miles with the same ballpark price.
Thanks!
