First Check-Up

Hey guys,

I just recently bought a new 2007 g35 in September. I had to buy one before the g37 took over the market because I LOVE the body styling of the g35 coupe (it's classic).

Well, I'm getting ready to take her in for her first oil change and check up on Friday and I've been noticing this weird kind of grinding noise from the very front of the car within the first few moments I start driving. Here's my routine: 1.)back out of the garage 2.)let her sit for about a minute to warm up 3.) start pulling down the driveway and I hear a grind and feel a slight vibration in the pedals lasts for about 2 seconds and it's only when I'm going about 10-15 mph and when I first start the car up. I think I read somewhere around here that it's the ABS?? is this true?

Other than that I have extremely taken to and loved the car and have had no problems with it whatsoever.

One more thing I'm wondering if I should look for or ask about getting anything else done while it's getting the check-up (only 3500 miles on her)?

Is your driveway sloped? Maybe the tires/air dam are rubbing.

It's the ABS self check. They all do that. Happens at ~10 mph. Just do the oil change. Nothing else is needed.

+1, its just the ABS self check, nothing to worry about

its normal... and an oil change is all you need nothing more
