Re: Injen CAI
Ohh man it sounds like a monster on the car when you floor it. People think i have an exhaust. Definitly a good mod. Just a pain in da butt when you try to clean the filter. If i can i will try to get a pic up and or a sound clip

Re: Injen CAI
The Injen was easy to install. I dont know why people take off the front bumper. Also i dont know why they even take off the wheel also. Just turn it all the way to the right and its easy. Get the injen you will fell and hear the power once you get it. If you live in cali i woll show you mine. Let me know

Re: Injen CAI
The Nismo is virtually identical to the Injen, except for the bypass valve. I didn't need to take off the bumper at all. The DIY in my sig has a ton of pics, as well as audio and video clips so you can hear the sound vs. stock at idle, revving, and under load.

Re: Injen CAI
I just put my Injen CAI on last night. It was easy. I removed the bumper just because it's easier to access everything...the bumper was no problem to take off.
The sound from the CAI makes me smile every time I hear it. The exhaust note is a little deeper at idle. But under acceleration at about 4500 RPM the sound from the G is incredible. Also under acceleration at about 3200-3500 RPM I could hear the sweet whistle of the intake doing what it does best.
A friend of mine took some video of the engine, exhaust, fly bys, and in car drive. I'll try to post some clips when I get a chance.

Re: Injen CAI
yea i know it is, but its a hassle to do it when your by yourself. And i took off that foam piece with ease. And i still didnt take off the tire of front bumper. But anywyas anyway you do it its a pretty easy install.

Re: Injen CAI
I love the sound of my Injen CAI. It sounds real aggressive, especially with my catback exhaust. I installed it no problem, but I removed the foam, not just trimmed it back. (not to bad for a girl)
