how can i switch this red door panels back to leather??

cars got some red door cards. does anyone want to trade or know the cheapest way to change these to the stock black leather??

I had posted about this same car in regards to the interior...i was never able to get a definate price...the dealer said i would have to get a new door panel, and an upholstry place said they would have to look at the car....good luck. I was supposed to look at that car this past weekend, but changed my mind. How was it? did you take a look at it?

how would you go about switching them? i have black oem interior i'd be down for those red inserts, but how would i do it?
