Either PM Tony@Riverside or purchase the key fob off ebay ($25 +/-) and reprogram it yourself. If they don't provide instructions with the fob, try THIS

hahaha yea buy a remote from ebay or somewhere. Sit in your car turn the key a few times manually lock the car then press some buttons on the fob and it's programmed

Actually it is my understanding that Tony is no longer at Riverside Infiniti. It is now Jason to contact.

The instructions listed in the post #2 above are not for the new Infinitis with the inteligent key systems. Those I think you have to take to the dealer.

However if you have an older Infiniti it is very simple. I have bought several remotes off ebay for $20 and reprogrammed them myself following the instructions in post #2.
