When I took my two month old g35x in for the first oil change they found a radiator leak. Has anyone else had this problem?

 

i blew a radiator coming back to tampa from jacksonville
it was convered under warranty though cause they said it was punctured from the inside out and there was no possible way for anything to get to it cause the area was surrounded by plastic.
