I don't think the 6MT's have intellikey
You should have gotten two (2) key fobs with keys, and valet key
Car definitely comes with floor mats front and rear
Make sure you got the carpet for the trunk as well.

I don't know about intellikey but they all have keyless entry. It says so right in the owners manual and now that I have my fob everything works for it with 6MT

There was also the nice pen and 2 keychains, I figured those are only with a new purchase. The keys should be included though!
EDIT: Yes, I have used the end of the wallet key as a bottle opener
