I would have to say that after an impact like that, even being thrown clear if thats possible, your chance for survival is nill to nothing at all....say the car was going 80-90 km or mph...a sudden impact like that would send anyone not tied down out of the car like a rocket sled.....impact into another tree or even just hitting the ground would be enough to meet your maker.....very sad and disturbing.........I usually travel at 70mph every day up and back from work....makes you really start to think........................<font color=blue>2old4this</font color=blue>

and anyone notice the speedometer was at 90kmph?? this means it was still doing 90 when the engine got ripped off the car....man he must have been doing 150mph or better

you got the math backwards - 90km is like 55-60mph

 

yeah your right, its about 54mph but my point was if your doing 54mph at the point when you engine flies 20feet from the rest of your car, how fast do you think you are going at point of impact???? I would be willing to bet its far above 100mph

People buy these great cars (yes an A3 is nice too), and then go and drive in such irresponsible way and put both their lives and other people's lives in danger.
