I used too and I even have an extended warranty but the extended is crap. The dealer in south florida are not as bad as some of the posts I have read for you guys up north. Unless my windows motor stops (knock wood still going strong) I rather pass. I just don't trust them much less other shops too. I found a mechanic and he is my new best friend.

And to make matters worse my uncle is a mechanic and I am replacing my clutch and he wanted to charge me 680 and I already bought all the parts. NOT ONE SHOP I CALLED QUOTED ME OVER 550. Some even 350. My new best friend 280. priceless
