What is this part called?

I've been searching and I can't figure out what this part is called or what the part number is!! any ideas? thanks

That is the bottom door surround trim......the kick panel is in the footwell to the right side of the passengers feet.

That pc covers over the edge of the floor carpet and covers the lower front portion of the actual kick panel.

The door sill plate is the black flat pc. with the INFINITI logo on it. It sits flat on the door frame.

This pc the OP is talking about is a door opening surround trim pc in the matching interior color.

I thought that was what's called the "Scuff Plate" in this description.
