7,500 service experience
7,500 service experience
Well, my car was due for its 7,500 mile service (7,898). I have a 5AT CB coupe. I read some posts here before taking my car into Parkway Infiniti here in Valencia. I called for an appointment yesterday at around 1pm. They gave me an appointment for today at 230pm. I dropped off my car and complained about:
1) Vibration coming from center console
2) Breaks squeeling when I reverse
I let them know about the breaks because I read a bunch of posts where people complained about this. I thought I'de just add it in as a complaint even though I've never had problems. Evil as it may sound, it paid off.
First off, the total came out to $125 and change with tax. My dealer discounts me 10% on every service, so my new total came out to $113 and change. This included the oil change and alignment for my 18 rims.
For the vibration, they said it was coming from the rear-view mirror since i have a school parking pass hanging.
They also "noticed squeeling" so they changed my rear brake pads for free. It took an hour and 30minutes from when i left it to finish everything. Overall, I'm glad I got this service done. They also washed the car with De-ionized water so it wasnt so bad.
for Infiniti service.
