I ask this b/c i am looking at getting a new car and i am a rather tall fellow. I am arounhd 6'6"/6'7" and was wondering how comfy i would fit or rather if i would fit at all. So im just wonderin how big some of you guys are and how it feels. I havent had a chance to sit in one, so i thought id ask before i looked like a giant trying to get into a geo metro. Thanks .

 

I am about 6'2"... it's fine for me... you're pretty tall but I think you should be fine.

 

I had a friend who is about 6'4 sit in my car and he said it would be comfortable for short distance driving.

 

If you search you might be able to find the thread about the mod where you can lower the driver's seat... No idea where it is though.

 

might not be too easy for you man. i'm almost 6'2 and when I used to drive it daily, i know exactly when to cut my hair - once my hair grows past 1.5 inches long it'll start touching the ceiling but you can always slouch a little in the chair (that's what I do now) if it's just for a short distance..

either way test drive it yourself.. it's def not the most comfortable car but it's totally worth it

6'7" wow even with that seat lowering thread posted above you still maybe too tall...

 

I think you'll be too tall....even if you manage to find a G35 coupe w/out sunroof, and then do the seat lowering thing. If you have a faux-hawk, then fugghedaboutit.

do you what a G with or without a sunroof?

 

I'm 6'10" and fit really well in the sedan with a sunroof, but I don't think your going to fit into a coupe, the head room just isn't there. Unless you want to go lowrider and crank your seat back into the back seat. I would get a sedan, you aren't going to lose any performance just that coupe look.
