Nice. Now, don't beat me for saying this.. but they look somewhat like the M Double Spoke wheels that come with a 330i Sport, which is what I almost bought instead of my G35.

Thanks guys... I like them a lot too because I was going for a performance / euro look and NOT bling, bling. The polished lip on these gives them enough shine to look good without being over the top.
I still have my OEM 18"s, hopefully Bridgestone will make a set of Blizzaks to fit them by next winter.

hey...how big is your new rims....It looks good...and do they clear brembo??
Also, how much did you spend on the new rims w/ tires...and where you bought it from?? Nice....I want to check it out..

Shoulda went wider on the rear if you could have..... 8.5 is too narrow, shoulda went with a 10 in the rear. Looks ok though, no worries.... I made the same mistake as you. But I put a 275/35 on the rear to compensate. You went with a staggered set up right? Please tell me you didn't go with the same wheel size all the way around? Especially on 18's.

I don't know for sure if they clear the Brembros, but I do know that there is PLENTY of room between the regular calipers. I can put my whole hand between the caliper and the rim.
I remounted my original Michelins because they only had 2000 miles on them. The rims cost me around $1100 not counting mount and rebalance, etc. Not too bad, eh?
I couldn't stagger because I think 8.5 is the only width these come in. I do wish they were 9 in back so i could go with a 275 tire next time. But, since I run 245 back and 225 front, the rears still look wider than the front, so it looks good to me.
Discount Tire Direct is where I got them.

Good job man... atleast you made an attempt to stagger. But yikes.... 225 on front is a tad thin...... I got 245 on my fronts and they are like rubber bands........ not sure what your options are w/ 18s..... or is the 225 from the stock OEM wheels? Hmm......
