Not really, more like 8-9 more of those. F/I is pretty expensive. Also remember to have a safety fund incase something happens.

I would personally think about if you want to go F/I. If you want to, get the components for it now. Don't waste your money and buy 2 different parts, one for F/I and one for NA. But I personally would pick up new tires. If you do not need them, go for a drop and save up for new wheels.

Ummmmmm, performance and inexpensive rims dont usually go together, cus the rims of 1k range tend to heavier than stock ones. I would've go with suspension like swaybar and coilover, likes of Stillen swaybars/Tein Basic, PM few vendors on the forum.

Tint, popcharger/ z-tube, clear corners, if its 03-05 then get 06 headlights for sure, Lower it, save for wheels.
