Just ordered clear corners and splash guards with ground delivery. They sent me a tracking number almost immediately. Estimated delivery date is the 14th. I'll let you know how it goes.

I ordered a Z-tube/ JWT Popcharger from them a few weeks back. I didnt order online I called right up. The guy I talked to was very nice and informative. I called on a Friday, he let me know that the Z tube was backordered until the following Wednesday. Sure enough that Wednesday, I got an email with a tracking number and had the part with in a week. (shipping was from AZ to MA).

Overall perfect service I would definately reccommend buying from them.

Im from the Merrimack Valley area, 25 minutes north of Boston off of Rte 93.

I ordered clear corners, a week and a half later no word or email about my order, I called them up and they said that they going to ship because it was backordered, the thing is they already charge my credit card for unship order. Expect to be charged even if you order is out of stock! Based on my experience I will never do business with them again..

They are often backordered on items. However, if you're willing to wait two weeks it will get there. They do come through. My order was missing a part when shipped and they got the missing piece to me the next day, also offering free shipping on my next order. Shipping seemed reasonable, like $7 total for three items.
