Eh, I think either looks "ok" but I'd definitely go with just the pinstripe on the edge... no question about it. +1 for "less is more"

Not the best pics...I just took a few quick ones outside my house. I'll get off my lazy azz and do a proper shoot.

props for doing something different, i like painted lips when it goes with the theme of the car.

Bad idea IMO. Rattle can finish on a rim would look terrible. Get it professionally done; it's about $150 a wheel.
