What size resistors to use when delete airbags? New steering wheel...

HI ! New to to the forum. Question. I bought a steering wheel and hub that both fit the car. I DON'T want to spend $116 oin the Works Bell Hub adapter just to get their resistors. Does anyone know what size resistors I can buy from radio shack to use? THANKS!!!
