Help! Please

So i work at a detail center and a g35 came in today... we detailed the whole car inside and out and now the radio screen has no functionality along with the AC/Heating screens but everything works fine as far as music and the air conditioning... Any ideas? (btw im not the one who cleaned the inside )

Is it possible that the light dimmer got turned all the way down? On the earlier models it is a little wheel by your left knee when sitting in the drivers seat. Near the hood release. Try turning it up and see what happens.

If it's not the dimmer (which it probably is), then he can't really prove you guys did anything. More than likely it was just coincidental timing. Common problem that the dealer will fix under warranty.
