Hey guys,

This morning I'm backing out of the garage and I back right into my fiancee's Sante Fe. She parks to the right of my car outside the garage. So nonetheless what done is done. So my question is should I file an insurance claim or check local shops for pricing and if it's not too much just pay that straight up. Thanks for your thoughts.

 

it's not going to be cheap. i can tell you that much.

 

Get estimates. If the cost is close to what you'll pay as deductible, then, no need to put in a claim since that would only make your premium go up.

definitely pay out of pocket, save it in the long run on insurance premiums. even if you have to save up a little bit. thats just my 2 cents

 

yea see how much it would cost to repair minus your deductable, it looks like its gona cost around 1k for repair, u got the rear bumper and the panel. it depends on your pocket really, otherwise report it to your insurance, thats what they're for. most insurance wont jack up your premium that much.
