To be honest, I didnt even read it throughly. Just saw some kid post up a picture of his car that had a dealership logo still in the rear plate holder and no temp tags and followed it up with a video of someone driving an amg like an idiot down a residential road. I dunno, I looked at the site that hosted the videos, nothing but mass pictures of a totaled 330Ci and a Ford F-150....maybe thats what his garage really looks like.
