I did a custom order for mine, had to wait 90 days for it to arrive from Japan.
2006 IP G35x, fully loaded (nav, sirius, etc), added the optional chrome wheels (~$2k), spoiler and clearbra. Had 4 miles on it (test track in japan adds about that much)... $42k OTD
i was really picky with mine. I didnt allow them to detail it (aka add swirls) at the dealer or drill plate holes or put dealer stickers on it. I paid about half way between MSRP and Invoice.. so not a bad price.
There is something to be said for getting a car new. Its different. I broke it in myself... properly and know exactly what has been done with it every step of the way. She has about 21k miles on her and I plan to have her for a very long time.

Just got a silver 04 6MT with black interior, Nav, Aero, 18" wheels, brand new tires, slotted and drilled rotors on the Brembo's, 3M clearbra already installed, sport pedals, and the car was very clean inside and out for $20,500. It has 54,000 miles. Not the best deal and not the worst, but I love the car. (prices are a little higher in So Cal anyways for cars.)
And it seemed like finding a 6MT with Nav was rare enough (wanted 03-04 to avoid any potential oil burning problems due to possible factory warranty being expired on a rev-up car.) Finding one with black interior in good shape was even harder.
I also think coming from a '95 accord I've owned for 11 years helped too. Any complaints I've seen people have on these forums about road noise, rattles, wind noise, etc falls on deaf ears here because all 3 of those issues are SO much better than my Accord.
