Spoiler Light and Brake Light

My car did not originally come with a spoiler and I am about to add on an OEM aftermarket one that includes a brake light. Is it possible to use the light in the spoiler and keep the light in the back and use both as brake lights or do I have to disconnect the rear light?

Thanks alot.

Jason

Re: Spoiler Light and Brake Light

i had my spoiler installed after also, both spoiler brake light and rear windshield brake light work. although, i wish i had the rear w/s brake light removed. i think it looks better with only one light rather than two.

Stock 5AT/ 20% Tint

Its removable, but you'll be left with a gaping hole, unless u can figure out a way to cover it up nicely. Im also thinking of d/c my 3rd brake light in the window, the spoiler and 3rd Brake light liooks a little funky.

You could just buy the rear deck that doesn't have the light. (Which is what you get, if you get the spoiler installed at the factory). I have no idea how much it costs tho...

Right. I did the same. I had the dealer install the spoiler a couple of weeks after I purchased it. Before they installed it they asked me if I wanted the window brake light disconnected. I said yes, and I don't even notice it is there.
