One thing you have to remember, real men drive a TB Coupe!
I'm sure I'm going to hear something about that. But it's true!

Re: Twilight Blue?!?!?

i would have gotten the willow cuz it looks cleaner with the rest of the willow interior but i dont think i can maintain it very well. plus with the black interior, the 35% legal tint seems darker.

Re: Twilight Blue?!?!?

TB is beautiful. I got Silverstone and now i feel like an *** cuz everybody has silverstone. I went to my dealer saw a G coupe in Twilight blue and i seriously think it's the niicest color for the g.

However, its dark and almost black like you said. It's going to be extremely difficult to keep clean.

Most importantly, Reading some posts here i've come to learn that G35's and 350z's scratch and chip easily, and everybody knows scratches are most visible on dark colors. My buddy has a black 350z with 10,000 clicks on it, the chips are pretty visible, the front of his car looks like schmengie!

Luckily i have silverstone so if i scratch i can't see it.

But with all that said TB is the shiznit, and i would DEFINATELY go with black interior!

Yeah but it looks like a Valentine 1 radar display stealthed into the ashtray so he's probably smoking down the freeway, not from stoplight to stoplight!
Smart guy if you ask me...

Re: Twilight Blue?!?!?

I know TB is going to be hard to maintain but it will be worth it most likely. I'd probably do the clear bra on that baby if i get TB...wat do prices on the clear bras run give or take?

Re: Twilight Blue?!?!?

i paid 300 Can. for a clear bra. But they put that stuff all over my car, obviously on my hood and front but also on my door sils, over my fenders etc.

Re: Twilight Blue?!?!?

I'll trade my black 6MT for a TW Blue any day.... thats the original color I wanted but got a great deal on my OB coupe. Maybe one day I can hang with the cool blue clan *sniff sniff*

Re: Twilight Blue?!?!?

TB rocks but you have to keep it VERY clean and in some light it shows any imperfection. I have some pics in my sig but to understand the color you really have to see the color in person in different lighting situations.
TB is very interesting because sometimes it looks conservative, dark and solid in the light...then the light will hit it just right and it will look incredible. Parts of it can look dark blue with other parts looking brilliant blue at the same time. Even when it's dark solid blue it sometimes glows when the light hits it right...like at sunset.
It's also intersting because it sometimes looks more blue under street lights at night than it does in the middle of the day so don't expect it to always look darker at night. It's nice though.
I don't regret getting the color but it does require lots of tlc to keep looking it's best...and don't expect it have that brilliant blue look in all light...

Re: Twilight Blue?!?!?

I am scared about the TB and keeping it clean lol. But it will def. be worth it i think. Plus if i have a color that i HAVE to clean i think i will - whereas if i have a DG or BS or even IP i feel that in time i would neglect it. But then again is a g35 coupe mannn lol i should never neglect her.
My intentions are to get the car with the 17's (NYC Weather and PotHoles Suck) and then get a nice set of aftermarket chrome 18's this way they arent my primary wheels and i can take them off as needed. I also will definetly put an aftermarket spoiler on it as well, im kinda into the after market spoilers rather then the OEM for some reason (yea i know that belongs in another thread lol) but anyway - how do you all think a nice set of chrome 18's would look on the TB??!??
