New to the G.

What's up. I'm new to the whole Infinity G35 craze. I've always loved them, but never actually owned one until now. I also have a 450WHP 98 Mitsu Spyder GST.

I bought a 2004 Pearl white, G coupe, Black(charcole) leather interior, 6spd Manual, with only 38k miles. Premium sound, and the leather is in excellent condition, spoiler and added body molds. Car also came with HKS exhaust, Stillen Intake, and 19" dip dish 8 spoke racing hart rims. 8.5" wide in fron and 9" wide in back with toyo tires. All that for $21k even. Is that fair? or is it a little high? I also live in Hawaii, so getting a car at a decent price is kind of hard.

Thanks!..there are a few things I want to check, but I have no experience with there cars what so ever..I'm a little scared that if I touch something, I might **** it up. However give me a 4G63 Turbocharged engine, and I can tell you all about it.

If anyone in this forum lives in hawaii, let me know. I would like to meet some of you, and learn a thing or two about the G..which is an awesome driving machine from what I have experienced...the mpg kinda sucks though.

Yes, there is a Hawaii section on the boards - seems to be quite a few members as well!

Congrats and enjoy your G!

What exactly is the difference between the 04 G, and the 05 G. That adds 10hp?

Correction rev-ups are 05-07 they have a higher redline then the nonrev-ups but lose 10 tq so they both about even out in power

btw not every rev-up has oil problems... im sick of people making it sound like they all do... iv never had any oil problems

grats and welcome to the boards. I've always loved the white G coupe but love the red more how does she sound with the exhaust and how do you like the shifter? I need to buy a new one myself
