Any damage estimates yet? Who's at fault? From what you've said so far, it looks like it's going to be your fault but I'm hoping there's details that you havn't told us....

They have changed the laws (at least in Texas), that you are not necessarily at fault just because you run into the back of somebody. If you are unable to stop, due to somebody pulling out in front of you or changing lanes causing you to hit them the fault lies in the details (usually the insurance companies will split the % in that case).

No it wasn't there the suv's exhaust pipe caused that perfect hole.

 

well since i rear ended her and theres no way i can proof that she cut me it would be my fault but no estimates yet. insurance wants to see the car on tuesday. most of the damage was done by the trucks tow hook.

 

The Infiniti gods were upset that you were rocking a Lexus license plate frame.
