This was a custom job done with 3M film. There are a few spots on it he said would go away with time? I definitely know there is a spot with water in it. Will this just evaporate? Being a custom job the installer said he layed the film over the car and then cut it. I noticed a smal spot on the bottom of the bumper where it looks like he actually cut into the paint! Overall it looks good.From 2 feet away you cant see it but i would like for these few spots to go away. i am also worried about the small cut ( less than an eighth of an inch) in the bottom of the bumper.
