I can relate. I setup to drive an extra 12K miles a year x 4 figured into the lease\residual... I'm going to pay it out and keep it a few more years or as long as I can keep some idiot from crashing into it; that always seems to be the reason I let go of a special car like this.
I know I paid more along the way but it is making the buyout easier for me... They should mention these options to everyone leasing; I would have never know if I have not asked.

not going to get into the negatives of the 335i vs. the g37 infamous argument with features etc., but I come from a 335i convertible; if you stated "NO WAY" to the $600/mo payment for the g35, how much do you think you'll be paying for the 335i? I mean, a LEASE with $3500 down, will leave you at $589 for a BASIC model, no navi, etc. Assuming you get it for INVOICE, not a penny more, and you want the basic, navi and premium package, THATS IT, no sport, you stay in $680/month.

Anyways, G/L with your next vehicle!

He works for BMW so I'm sure he will get a nice discount. But I do agree with you. Bimmers are way to expensive.

no suprise about it if he works at a dealership. a co'worker of mine's gf works for a dealership and there is a family/employee special lease that gets them in a bmw for half the price of a regular lease payment. gl with the 335, its a really nice car, even thought about it myself.
