Are you talking about the rubber color molding on the bottom of the door? Mine haven't turned yellow but do get quite dirty. If so, I found that the only thing that works for me is softscrub which is used in kitchens. I'm sure a rubbing compound for cars would work as well. I apply it very lightly and it brings the white color back. I'm not sure if it drys the molding out or not but it does get them clean. By the way, those moldings cost $100 each to replace as I am learning now. Be carefull cleaning them. Good luck.
