What color scheme?

I was gonna buy some hoses and paint the battery covers and was wondering what color scheme I should go with. I have an OB 04' G35 coupe.

I was thinking maybe black and red? or black and blue?

I was hoping to do something that really pops but at the same time doesn't look ricey.

thanks

I think it depends upon whether or not you want to accent other parts of your car with the same color. If so, you can do pretty much anything.

I think both black/red and black/royal blue look good. I've always been partial to black/red though.
