Help me identify this bolt!! (pics inside)

For a month now i had a REALLY annoying rattle in the back. at first i thought it was the normal rear decklid rattle, but after further investigation, i found a bolt between the seat and the side panel rattling against the metal underneath the seats! anybody know what the bolt holds in place? its a pretty thick beefy bolt with some kind of spacer before the threads start... any ideas?

Judging by the shallow shoulder on the bolt, it looks like it's for the seat belt. Either the lower anchor (my guess) or upper anchor. Pull off the rear seat bench and check.
