I did a search but found nothing about it so hopefully someone can answer me.

My 6 disc changer is having some issues. When I insert cds into slot 1 & 2 they play fine but when I have cds in slot 3-6 the unit would attempt to read it but after a few seconds it would just skip all of them and just play the cd that is in slot 1. Sometimes when i eject and re-insert the cd for slots 3-6 they work but most of the time they don't. When I remove the cds from slot 3-6 and put them in slot 1 or 2 they play just fine. Also, I don't know if this is how it was designed or not but it seems like most when I turn on my car the cd player automatically plays the cd from the beginning. EX: I'm driving to the store listening to track #6, get to the store and buy some stuff, come back to my car, turn it on, cd player plays track #1 from the beginning instead of staying on track #6. Is this a common thing?

There's been more than a handful of members whose headunits have malfunctioned and replaced by the dealer. If your car is still under warranty, I ask them to take a look into it. As for the turning on the car and the cd going back to track #1, no it doesn't happen to me.
