file a report, get some witnesses and call it a day.......once it is all settled with and you get your car fixed, then go pay him a visit with a paint ball gun make sure the gun has frozen paint *****, then fire away drive by style!

 

If....and that's a big If....you have proof that this individual keyed you car
get the police involved. If you don't have proof enough I'd fix his noise so
every time he looks in the mirror he'll think of you and how he hurt your
G!
