Anybody got gas?

Not that kind of gas...I have been looking for gas a 7 different stations around my house and they're all empty. WHERE THE HELL ARE THE GAS? I actually found one, but all they have is '87 Octane. I pumped 2 gallons into the G. I don't think it would hurt the car. Hopefully I found some before I use this 2 gallons. Sigh, anyway just venting.

North Carolina. It is scary to drive around with the needle on E when you know that there is a gas shortage in your state. I was down in Charlotte (an hour from where I live) two weeks ago and was very close to empty. I drove around to 4 different stations before I found one with gas. I have never been happy to pay to $4.15/gallon for gas.

The closer you get to where the hurricanes happened the worse it is. You can't even get gas in parts of Tx. It is terrible. It still seems odd to me that you are having such a hard time but just my two cents.

I live in TX and our 91 is down to 3.29, Its quite wierd how the hurricane did us though it hit southern TX then just like skipped right over Northern TX and then hit Missouri... All we got was a little wind and a night of rain.

Few nights ago I had to fill up and NO WHERE near my place had freaking premium gas. My car drove on empty for about 20 miles until I finally found a gas station and filled up there. Was insane. I was getting scared.

I find it weird because nowhere around here has run out yet, and the price is still dropping. Shouldn't it be going up?
