luckily one of my best friends is a team lead service tech at my dealership. He told me he would warranty anything i wanted. But back to the topic. John has told me many times... they get PAID on those serveys. if you give them a negative feedback they get a big pay cut. They KNOW who gives them the good feedbacks and who gives them the negative ones. If you give them a shitty rating they are gonna bend you over when you come back. That came straight from the horses mouth. So the only solution to your problem is to go to another dealer.

 

You'd think that it would be easier to actually GIVE good service if your pay relyed on it than to just be a sucky sales/service person and blackmail the customer into a good survey.

 

thats funny, my local infiniti sales manager told me if i bring the actual survey to him, i would get a free oil change. i never got the damn survey. can i report to Infiniti Corporate for a GM cursing at me. He said, "Don't F with my employees!"

 

From my experience, corporate doesn't care. "Why are you calling us? We do not own the dealerships. If you have a problem with a dealership, you need to talk to them not us." That was from a customer service supervisor. It seems, the dealers' attitudes reflect corporate's.

 

Definitely the dealership. Call Infiniti Corp Offices and complain to them, then find another dealer in the area who can service your car AND GIVE YOU THE WARRANTY GUARANTEED LOANER! They are a sheister outfit, I'd give them a real hard time.
