z-tube question

hi i was looking at a z-tubes and i found one but i was wondering is this everything that comes with the z-tube???

You actually don't need any additional hardware as you can re-use the seals from your existing G tube. I bought the Stillen one and it literally was just a plastic tube with nothing else. You're fine.
