Did you have some one that you call really trust to take good care of your G? Trusthy enough to just star your engine from time to time without going for a trip with it?

I shoulda just made a new thread... The OP made this a year ago, and he's probably already gone. I am the one that's going away, for a year and a half. I need to know what to do to ensure my engine doesn't seize.

Okay, rather than making a new one, I figured I'd res this thread.
I'm leaving for a minimum of a year and a half. I will store my car, and my main concern is my engine seizing up. Is there any cause for concern? Is there some additive I should put in before storing it to lubricate the cylinder walls?

Even if you don't do this, your motor won't seize... especially if you have synthetic oil in there.
Out of curiosity... where are you going for a year and a half or more?
