I have a DIY vids for all these items.. and as for plugs, even though they are officially not due 'till 105k or whatever that magic number is, the gap on them is already quite off at 60k in all cases that I've seen.

Also, since we have the notorious leaking spark plug tube seals, it's a good idea to check those out before warranty runs out.. and heck, if you're already that far in, might as well switch the plugs out.
