Getting a 2004 or 2005 Infinti G35 Coupe help

Whats up guys, ive been looking at the g35 coupes since summertime and i finally got around to some good prices i live in canada (toronto)... im trading in my 2001 lexus gs430 silver/black with 100km and im either looking at a blk/blk 2004 infinti g35 auto trans w/ tiptronic in mint condition for 19495 with 40km which is 24.8548miles or a 2005 blk/blk for 2200 with 96km which is 59.6516 miles or a 05 light blue/tan 83km for 17999

give me a heads up i dont want to make the wrong decision.. what would be better?

I would say go with the 05. I wish I would have. Stereo has mp3 compatibility and the gauges are different and so are the AC / stereo buttons. They offered a rev up engine though so you have to watch for that but they will replace your engine if you have the oil consumption issue. Plus it still has warranty left on it.

'05

I would look at the '05's, there were ALOT of improvements on the '05 model over the '04, interior wise and a few other things. Also the '05 Tiptronic will stay in the gear you put it in, and is much more responsive than the '04, the "lag shift" issue was resolved for the most part in '05.

Cobb Tuning has a handheld flash/tuner for our cars now, and they have a disclaimer that it wont work on '03 - '04 Models built prior to May of '04, so you "might" be out of luck on any tuning at a reasonable price. I could go on about all the reasons to get an '05 an up vs. '03 - '04, but just rest assured you will be much better off with an '05 or newer.

Also I wanted to know if it had a telescopic wheel that you can bring towards u like in my lexus and if the steering wheel buttons light up so you can turn up the volume in the dark and don't forget.. Memory seats

Everything accept the light up buttons on the steering wheel were introduced in the 05. It's really hard to find one with memory seats though. At least I think it was 05 they started that. Could have been 06. You know, I haven't adjusted mine in forever so I don't remember if it does telescope or not. I know in 06 and 07 models it was powered not manual like in my 04.

LOLOL

Actually I've dealt with Ori before. Very strict on his pricing, but he's pretty straight up about the cars and gets a lot of selection. He was good to deal with.

I was tempted to look at the 06 Silverstone with 28KMS on it.....very tempted.

Bro, the 04 55K was a sick car. The windshield had some scratches and he did mention that it had been repainted, but the clicks are pretty good

Ultimately, I liked the rarity of the blue, and was won over by the 05 factor.

yeah i saw the scratches on the windshield i dunno about that one too much lol im more lenient to the 05 blk/blk but the clicks are kind of high for 21999 i hate you so much for getting the blue it was at the right price with the right amount of clicks lol did you finance it? how was the condition of the car? scratches ext/int anything?
