If it does have Oil consumption, you're out of warranty. Idk how it works, if you pay for the new engine, labor, or both, but your looking at pretty significant charges either way.

There's no signs of accidents on Carfax?

carfax can be 4-6 weeks behind..still need a mechanic and autobody guy to look at any and every car...
