G35 stereo harness

Has anybody tried changing their head unit and figuring out the colors of the wires for the stereo and which is which? I can't make it out

I know some people have posted that they have, but be prepared to dish out an arm and a leg b/c it will cost you. You may also want to check the tech forum as well.
