do you think its worth it???

i'm looking for a manual G35 coupe. i live in central cali and theres nothing that i want here. so i went to LA lastweekend to look at some G35s. i went to a dealership in LA they had alot of Gs there(compare to FRESNO) i found the one i want. it was a 05 manual G35 coupe fully loaded with little over 30K miles. sticker price was 24k. i got it drop to 22k. what do you guys think? is it worth 22k? i'm gonna try to drop the price a little more since the economy is ****ty and i doubt alot of people r buying cars right now...

Try to get a good out thedoor price because a 22k car becomes a 25k car with tax and fees. Once you work out a total out the door price you can decide if that's what you wanna spend.

Oh hell yes....!

A loaded G35 Coupe for $22K sounds good with 30K miles on the clock. Make
sure you do a Carfax check before you buy it! If you can swing $22 OTD
that would be even better....Good Luck!

I'm also in a search for a G35 starting this week.

I know cali is more expensive then FL but it's a big difference. 22k would be a lot over here for that car.

I found a black 05 6spd with 35k miles for $16,900, another red on tan ( i dont like that combo) for $16,900 which had even lower miles, i forgot how much, same specs 05, 6spd.

If you can, come here to buy one you'll save alot, or have it shipped...

BlackACC. I think i saw the same car as you. I saw it on craigslist, but its also on autotrader. Yeah. I've been offering no more than 20k OTD to dealers, most are agreeing...for 05-06 with less than 40k miles-6mts. I just have to sell my car before I buy, which is my only hold up. It would probably be cheaper to ship the car to you or come pick it up if you come to the east coast for christmas or something and drive the car back.
Oh well-good luck!

i think it was graphite sliver? is that right? graphite something... i can't remember. i told the salesman to give me a call when he can drop it to 20k. lol plus i told him i have 9k as a down payment. i was hoping i would get some kind of a break from that. i seen 6MT G35s on private listing for alot lower than 20k. but ive never bought a car from a private seller. this is first time buying a used car. oh yea ive read it somewhere on this forum that 05 6MT got a oil comsumption problem or something like that. so how long does the warranty last?

22k sounds awesome. and commin from a dealership ur backed with some type of warranty right.

i have a 2004 6speed loaded... it had 44,000 miles on it when i got it this summer. i paid just under 21k. only problem was i bought from a private seller and the clutch was burnt-out when i bought it. so watch what you buy if you do end up goin with a private seller

Universal Subaru in NY, not too far, has a 2005 with 50k miles for 14,900 and a 2006 with 30k for 18,000. Both black/black 6MT's

You can still get the warranty through a private seller though as long as its under the mileage/year.

It's a buyers market out their. I'm like 100% sure you can walk over those Sales reps' that try to get you near sticker price.

Give him the whole, I can sit here all day or we can just write up the paper work now kinda thing. "I'll do it right now for 21k out the door."

Like Hyphy said, it's a buyers market. Dealers are desperate, I got my 2005 6MT with 35k on the clock fully loaded(Navi, 19" OEM, Sports Pkg) for 20,000 out the door. I pick her up saturday!
