03 g vs 06 350z?

Alright i have an 03 coupe 6speed then my sig, my friend has an 06 350z. What will it take for me to take him in a race. I am installing a injen intake shortly, then plenum spacer , and then a lil down the road hfc's. Thx guys

If he's stock and you have those mods.... it'll come down to whoever is the better driver IMO.

equal drivers he should be faster. but you guys arent so different in power where a better driver couldnt make the difference

I thought the 06 350 was heavier than the 03 and 04's? What is the real weight difference? So with an exhaust, intake, and spacer he has me by a fender?

+1. Atleast from a stop. Two of the guys around the corne have 07 350z's and we race all the time. From a stop they always pull a car by 60mph (that extra 700 rpms or whatever they have) once we are moving it is usually a good race.
