I don't think there really is that big a difference, going off of sound clips on youtube. I would question the quality, because I have never heard of that exhaust in all of my time on here, and people here know quality. But get whatever floats your boat

You've never heard of Tanabe? Welcome to earth, guy. Tanabe is very well known brand, very reputable. You should have no worries quality wise if you purchase Tanabe.

The G35 is pretty much my dream car, so everything I learned about cars came from research and this forum, so all my mod knowledge is related directly to the G35. It's just a very uncommon exhaust for the G35 so I don't know anything about it, just telling him to be careful.

BTW, why are you on the forums? Just like a friendly, just wondering question, but like do you want to eventually purchase a G35, have had one, or are here just because?

I will own one soon. Economy is going VERY bad, so i am being cautious and trading my M3 for a G35 coupe + 10k cash, should be completed pretty quick. Im 21 and have things going pretty well, i plan to keep it that way. Remember, cash is king!

Nice...I came from an 02 e46 M3 to an 06 6 spd coupe. Couldn't keep up with the maintenance on the M3 without selling my first born children lol. Good luck man, the G isn't as quick or rewarding to drive as the M (but still a blast), but the overall package I think is fantastic and the reliability outweighs the shortfalls on the M. Great choice nonetheless I have no regrets.

the tanabe medallion tourning for the coupe is a single oval with two tips coming out of either side (like the stock muffler). the super medallion hyper spec is a dual canister system. get them here. these guys deal with the g37 board a lot and have a great rep over there. i have the tanabe medallion tourning (which is dual canister for the g37) and i couldnt be happier. here's what it sounds like on the 37.

Yea the M3 is great, i actually havent spent a penny on fixing any broken parts (weird i know, its like a reverse lemon lol). If i didnt need the cash, i would without a doubt be going back to a MKIV Supra, but i need the cash lol. The G is a solid car, i drove a friends for a week when he was out of town, so a sensible downgrade.

Are you sure? The description on here notes a "main canister," which sounds like it's only one canister.
