it's just a cf cover that goes over your light.
You can get that or just an overlay from Blue-Batmobile which will look like that

 

top secret made one set which is on their widebody G, and said they have no plans to make anymore.

i do recall seeing one person make one thats was almost the same but it he was in dubai or some place far like that. and he didnt say or reply to where it was done.

i tried but got lazy on the project.

 

I was reading up on this and i found out that you can rewire your rear side blinkers to work as brake lights so that all four circles light up when you brake... however... i have no idea how to wire. ??

I don't think that's true. Or someone makes replicas, because Caskyline has them on his G, I saw them on a OB G in the Marketplace, and there was a thread asking how TB would look with them and there's a pic in there of a TB coupe with those style of taillight moldings. I don't think any are CF besides the one on the OB G in the marketplace.

 

His stock taillights are painted... he paints them for other members as well

 

i think there are 2 topic going on or im confused. i thought in the og post he wanted dual led rings for tail lights and not about the cover/overlays (since those are easy to get).
