possible big problem? Something broke need help

Hey guys, so after i dug myself out of the snow i was driving home and the entire way the whole car starting shaking bad. Over 60 i thought the wheels were going to fall off. I dont know if something came out of alignment or what. there was no rattling of metal, no smell, brakes worked fine, and i was changing gears with the tiptronic and its still smooth. any ideas??

Sometimes the snow will stick to your wheels throwing them out of balance. I'm sure you're fine. Did you hit anything or run into a ditch/curb?

Twilightblue is right. Same thing happened to me a couple of years ago. Needless to say I learned my lesson ... after a short lived panic attack.

Yep, snow builds up in the wheel well and causes weight distribution problems and snow rubbing against the tire. Just kick it off and you'll be fine.
