G35 Coupe
Question Make a G35 Coupe X Q

Well my dad sent me an email telling me hes going to get a G35 Coupe AWD. I told him, "Dad they dont make AWD Coupes." But it came to mind, can you make the coupe into AWD by taking the drivetrain and what not ?

edi*- i know if u want an AWD Cpe just buy the 09 G37, but G35 FTW

I don't know what you mean by taking the drivetrain..

I'm pretty sure it's not possible. I could be wrong tho.

anything is possible with time and money, but it would be pretty stupid to turn it into AWD

i think it would be a good idea. our cars are terrible in the snow and some people have no choice but to drive them in the snow. its def possible. but with the money it would cost to fabricate this id rather spend on a beater truck for the winter.

well if u live in an area that has snow, then don't buy a g35? why spend the money to convert it to an AWD on TOP of the money you spend for the g35?

No, its actually a pretty good idea. Instead of wasting time and money trying to convert a car that wasnt designed for AWD, get the exact same car, OEM from factory with AWD. You get the same car (well, it wont be a coupe) with AWD and you dont have to hack away at the undercarriage.

i dont understand people's desire to drive these cars in the snow anyhow. i mean, even with AWD it can't do that well considering the lack of ground clearance. instead of spending $10k to make the G35c AWD, just buy a wrangler or tacoma for the winter months and leave your G in the warm and salt-free garage.

I know there are an *** ton of people on this forum that hate sedans Their beef though. I like both, but you cant argue the sedan is more useful in a billion ways. People like coupes because they look good.
