How to make the Splitter like this??

Paint it. there is a DIY floating around here somewhere. Check out the DIY section. should be there.
If ya can't find it here:
Step 1: Scuff the grill with some fine grit sand paper. Make sure you hit all the spots pretty good.
Step 2: Spray it with Duplicolor Primer. (That's what i used) Give it three or four coats.
Step 3: Spray it with Duplicolor Gloss Black. Make sure to do thin light coats at first. I put about 5 or 6 on mine. Wait for it to dry completely a couple hours should be fine
Step 4: Shoot it with some Duplicolor Clear coat. I did about 5 coats of clear.
It's an all day project because of drytime. But just take your time and it should turn out well
